The Capital District Mens Senior Baseball League is an organization of men in New York's Capital District who participate in organized competitive baseball. The league currently has divisions for men over age 28, over age 38 and over age 48. Many players play on teams in more than one of the divisions. Teams pay a yearly fee to participate. With this money the league supplies, game balls, fields, insurance, umpires, administrative support, and membership into our parent organization MSBL. The teams provide their own uniforms and equipment. Any team is free to seek sponsorship on their own. The league is governed by an annually elected board of directors (9) who amend our policies, set fees, and establish rules of play with the advice of the team general managers. Divisions are run by Commisioners elected by the division team managers and approved by the board. Are you interested in joining us as a player, manager, or do you have a team looking to join up?
